I will always aim to respond to emails and forms within a day, provided I am not overwhelmingly busy. Once we have discussed your businesses and goals from the test, I will get to work right away. Obviously longer projects take more time, but I will keep you updated throughout. I like tests to be thorough, but I don't want to keep clients waiting.
To ensure protection for both parties, a 20% deposit will be taken before any work is done. Once the testing has been completed and the report is ready to be sent back, I will send a draft/sample to check that everything is okay, before sending an invoice for the remaining balance. Once all is paid, I will send the full report to you
Yes! I have a lot of experience working for tester companies such as Userbrain, Userlytics, Userfeel, Testbirds and even some freelance with Fiverr and Upwork. This experience allowed me to gain the valuable knowledge to move away and start my own testing service. I also got to experience working with some big companies and their software/apps/games/websites!
The type of testing provided depends on the package purchased. At the moment, most of the testing is centred around visuals, functionality and user experience, with some performance testing in the higher packages. I hope to also add security testing and SEO testing in the future
Not at all, I offer a free enquiry service to answer any questions and get an idea of your site and what it needs. That way, I can recommend the best package for you personally.
This depends on your package, but I test on both mobile and desktop devices and with different operating systems such as IOS, Android, Windows and Linux
